Income and Expenditure
- Priority on payment of rental and other outgoings paid by the lessee.
- Instigate procedures for payment and recover where necessary.
- Monthly, detailed statements of all tenants' payments and any expenses that have been debited that month.
Variable Outgoings
- Payments of outgoings are all recorded on Chase Commercial's advanced management software.
- Recovery of outgoings as specified in the lease closely supervised and monitored.
Tenant Arrears
- Our computerised arrears report is constantly monitored - leading to effective control procedures.
Physical
- Six-monthly reports provided on property to identify any potential recommendations for improvements both now and in the future.
- We will advise on any major maintenance problems, equipment or service breakdowns and replacement capital expenditure items required.
- We can implement a maintenance program to ensure capital growth.
Rent Review
- Rental payments regularly reviewed in accordance with market conditions.
- Recommendations made for adjustments.
Tenant Liaisons

Funds
