Rod Brown - Managing Director & Founding Partner

Along with two university degrees, including one in Town Planning, Rod has over 15 years commercial property experience and has achieved in excess of $300 million in asset sales. Rod's specialty is in the implementation of highly effective marketing strategies, with a focus on achieving the best outcome for all clients, vendors and purchasers alike. Passionate about what he calls his 'two greatest achievements', Rod's first being his family - wife Felicty and daughters Morgan and Matisse, and the second being the continued success of Chase Commercial.

Dominic Condon - Managing Director & Founding Partner

A Founding Partner of Chase Commercial, Dominic comes from a Chartered Accounting background. In his seven years of commercial property Dominic has gained the ability to achieve optimum returns for his clients. Dominic has an excellent understanding of the sales process and a unique ability to design, implement and oversee tailored marketing strategies for each individual property. Dominic's focus on customer service standards ensures his clients are fully informed throughout the sales experience, allowing accurate and timely decisions to be made with optimal outcomes for the client.

Matthew Eckford - Director (Eckford Enterprises) & Founding Partner

Matthew believes in understanding and working to fulfill the clients' needs. 'Keeping the client informed at all times is essential to great customer service', says Matthew. A love of boxing and bike riding keeps Matthew busy when not involved in his true passion, real estate. As an initial Chase Founding Partner, Matthew's success and the great relationship he has with his clients comes from knowing he will be happily doing this for the rest of his life.

Karen Muscat - Director of Asset Management

Karen is an experienced Senior Property and Leasing Manager with over 20 years experience in the industry in management and leasing of commercial/retail and industrial properties, both as a hands on manager and in a strategic management role. Karen's major achievements have been providing strategic strategies for her clients’ accommodation resulting in disposals and acquisitions along with overseeing refurbishments and the restacking of buildings to increase her clients’ assets.

Karen says, “In Property Management, there are no two days the same and this is what keeps me excited about the industry. Every day provides new challenges, whether it is the excitement of negotiating a fantastic leasing deal for my clients or finding a solution to an on going air conditioning problem or just having positive feedback from your tenants. Satisfying my clients is what its all about and keeps me motivated. I wouldn't want to be doing anything else!!
