Chris Cash...
Chase Commercial’s Sales and Leasing Consultant, Chris Cash, has just been appointed a Senior Partner with the company, only two years after joining the company.
It is an amazing achievement for the 25 year old, and recognition that has been well earned. Chase Managing Director, Rod Brown, describes Chris as a “team player with definite aspirations to further his career in the commercial real estate industry.”
Chris is responsible for the Western Corridor, an area which includes: Wacol, Carol Park, Sumner, Darra, Oxley, Westlake, Seventeen Mile Rocks and Richlands.
Before joining Chase, Chris worked for his family’s confectionery company on Brisbane’s northside, and spent two years on a working holiday travelling extensively through England and Europe.
It was actually while working at his family’s company that Chris met Chase Director, Matthew Eckford, who recognised his personal qualities as being well suited to the commercial real estate sector. Chris was hired as Chase Commercial’s first staff member.
He believes his success in the industry comes from hard work and the strong relationships he has built with his key clients.
“I pay special attention to everybody’s requirements and endeavour to satisfy all parties. I also have an excellent knowledge of my area which allows my clients to be one step ahead of the market.”
Chris also attributes his success to the training he has received at Chase, as well as the opportunity to work with such a united and motivated team of people.
When queried about his future plans, Chris is confident he will continue to help raise Chase Commercial’s profile in the market, and is aiming to be “the only person who my clients need to call to reach their property investment goals.”
No doubt, Chris will pursue these goals with the same determination that has just seen him make Senior Partner.
