To coincide with the move to Chase's new building on Commercial Road in Newstead, a new look branding campaign has been launched featuring 'Chase Man'. Those familiar with Chase Commercial will understand Chase pride themselves on Partnering with their clients. The Chase point of difference has always been that clients receive a professional end to end solution when it comes to their investment. Chase wanted to make sure their brand reflected this.
The Brief
'Chase Man' is the ingenious creation of the Gallery Agency. The brief was to create a brand that embodies the Chase attributes of professionalism, approachability, capability, attentiveness, confidence and modernity. The brand needed to reflect that the client is the most important focus of the Chase service and that Chase is always there, every step of the way. 'Chase Man' has done just this.
The Message
Chase Commercial Managing Director, Rod Browns says, "The service we offer clients at Chase is bespoke in the sense that we tailor make the process every time, and is dependent on the individual client and property involved. We wanted our new branding to be unique and personalised, so potential clients can see that we are unique from other commercial property agents. We do things our own way, the better way."
The Arrival
Look out for 'Chase Man'. He's appearing in current Chase press advertisements and soon to appear across all Chase communications, reinforcing the message that 'Chase Man' is the voice in the clients ear, understanding and anticipating the clients' every need. Be it on a business card, brochure or billboard or even interacting on the website, our little Chase Man is always there when a client needs him, every step of the way.
