Professional Speakers
Professional speakers are regularly invited to present to the team on relevant industry knowledge. These speakers can range anywhere from Financial Advisors, Quantity Surveyors to Legal Firms. Some of our recent speakers have included:

The entire Chase team attended AREC (Australasian Real Estate Conference), Australia's leading property industry seminar which show cases some of the worlds leading speakers for 4 days each year in Sydney.
Personal Development
At Chase we maintain a strong focus on behavioural training. Chase make sure we provide the disciplinary techniques and resources to empower the team and improve their time management and organisational skills. At Chase we believe people should have the ability to manage themselves and our environment harbors this by promoting accountability.
Balance and Longevity
Chase also like to develop the team culture and sense of family with non work related activities including skirmish, boating trips, box seats at the AFL, dinners and quarterly awards. We pride our self on building and retaining a quality team through reward & recognition as well as mentoring and fostering a family like environment.
