In-house licensed commercial property auctioneers with a 20 year proven track record boasting a 92% under the hammer success rate.

Urgency and competitive bidding on over 1000 auctions

Why Auction

The auction method creates a very strict timeframe on the selling process and is not open-ended. Auction terms are also cash and unconditional with a 30 day settlement. For example, most auctions run over a 6 week period compared to a private treaty sale which may be anywhere from 30 days to 6 months. With auction, the goal is to sell either before auction, at auction under the hammer or 48 hours post-auction.

Your Auctioneer

All auctions are conducted by our Managing Director and licensed auctioneer, Rod Brown. Rod has over 30 years experience, has sold over $1 billion dollars of commercial property, has a clearance rate of 92% and has conducted over 1000 auctions. Rod is licensed in both QLD and NSW, allowing our clients to engage Chase Commercial between both states.

The Problem

Most agencies outsource their auctioneers which creates a major disconnect between buyers and owners. The auctioneer arrives 15 minutes prior to bidding, offering minimal preparation or understanding with the last 6 weeks of the sales process. If they have not worked closely with the agent throughout the campaign, how can they achieve the best possible outcome for the client?

Our Solution

Our integrated in-house auctioneer works directly with the sales agent from the moment the property is listed, assists with the marketing campaigns, attends buyer inspections and reviews weekly vendor feedback reports. With Chase you are not simply paying for 15 minutes at auction day, but more we offer the value of a full 6 weeks of interaction and guidance from the auctioneer directly with the sales team.
