Oliver is a prominent figure in the industrial sales and leasing market, having gained almost seven years of experience as a specialist in this field since commencing at Chase in 2016. He currently holds the position of a leading fee writer within the company and is well-regarded for his exceptional knowledge and expertise in the Port and Gateway precinct. Although he originally hails from Christchurch, New Zealand, Oliver has now made Brisbane his home after moving there to further his studies at De La Salle College in Malvern.

Throughout his academic journey, Oliver’s teachers instilled in him the importance of possessing a strong work ethic and displaying integrity in his chosen field of profession.  Oliver’s specialisation in industrial sales and leasing allows him to facilitate large $35M transactions for sale, in addition to leasing 10,000m2 industrial office warehouse facilities. Oliver’s extensive knowledge and experience make him a valuable asset in making informed business decisions, including sourcing greenfield sites for developers, purpose-built D and C facilities, or freehold owner-occupied sales.

Oliver’s dedication to his clients and commitment to exceptional customer service are among the driving forces behind his success. He consistently demonstrates his core values of honesty, transparency, and effective communication, which have earned him a reputation for high integrity and strong negotiation skills. Oliver is responsible for overseeing the industrial suburbs of Murarrie, Morningside, Tingalpa, Hemmant, and Mansfield.
